Jason M. Gray
ATTORNEY AT LAW


Jason Gray is an associate attorney at Kootenai Law Group and his practice focuses on business law, estate planning and general contract law matters. Prior to his position at Kootenai Law Group, Jason served as Adjunct Professor in the Externship Program at the Gonzaga University School of Law. He has experience advising businesses and individuals on a wide variety of legal issues in private practice and he was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Idaho where he represented the Idaho State Police in employment matters, contract negotiations, administrative proceedings and civil forfeiture litigation. Prior to that, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael R. McLaughlin of the Fourth Judicial District of the State of Idaho. Jason is licensed to practice law in Idaho and Washington.
Jason was born and raised in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Idaho. In 2010, Jason obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the Gonzaga University School of Law. During law school, he prosecuted misdemeanors in federal court as a law clerk for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Washington and he was an extern at the Spokane County Prosecutor's Office.
Jason enjoys fishing, golfing, camping, and spending as much of his free time as possible with his wife, Dani, their son, Isaiah, and their three rambunctious dogs.
